Just wanted to confirm that we are still set for our permanent new day chef to start on Monday 22nd. But I also wanted to say that this will pain us massively as Dion has been SO GREAT! He's has really gone above and beyond what you would usually expect from a short-term agency person, really put his heart into it and been so warm, constructive and helpful. If we hadn't already hired someone, I'd be trying to get him to stay with us forever. So thanks, and please look after him! If we need anyone, I will definitely ask for him first!

Just a quick note to say how pleased we were with the temp head chef that you provided last month (and into this month!). Gavin was a great guy, very personable and easy to work with. Shame we couldn't have found him a permanent position!

Just to let you know the service I received from CSI (Cheltenham) was very efficient.Good communications and staff turned up on time.Also on Sunday I had a problem with one of my own staff,so called CSI on call - had a reply within 20 minutes and had a temp with me in time for service.

Hello, can I say a big thank you for my chef for the last week & two days - he was great and I was so happy to come back into work and find everything just as it should be. It's such a relief to have an agency chef that is as good as this.

The two ladies who you provided were perfect for the job - sending a Spaniard who had worked in a vineyard to an event which I had explained was a Spanish wine tasting with Tapas showed a perfect attention to detail and matching of the staff available to the requirement Ihad. The other member of staff, Liz, was just brilliant - she had to work slightly remotely from the rest of us and I heard a number of compliments as to how friendly and polite she had been. Your staff contributed significantly to a very successful evening, and I am very grateful. I also appreciate the friendly and professional way that you have dealt with this requirement from initial enquiry through to completion, and would definitely use CSI again for future staff requirements.
