Further to our earlier conversation, I just wanted to write and thank you for sending Mike as a relief chef to work over the last few weeks at our care Home in Plymouth.He has been a real asset and I have had many compliments about the high standard of his meals. His versatility and skills were particularly appreciated last week when we hosted a 100th birthday party for 1 of my residents. Unfortunately the cake prepared in advance had spoiled. Mike was able to bake another cake at short notice and decorate it beautifully. The family, who were unaware of our emergency, requested to see Mike to thank him personally for such a delicious cake. I might add that this resident and her family are very particular in their requirements so this is a huge compliment to Mike and I cannot thank him enough for his efforts.I know Mike is soon heading off for a new career on cruise ships and I wish him every success in his new venture.

I wanted to write and Thank you for your support, reliability and understanding of our business. Atlantic College is a very special place, and you have certainly been a key part in helping us to deliver the excellent catering that the students deserve. The staff you have supplied, have in the majority become key members of the team, and quickly understand the standards we work too, but possibly more important, realising that this is also the students and staff home.From collecting Chefs whose mopeds have broken down, to dealing with the "testing" Compass systems – which we are terrible at!!, to reacting at short notice and at weekendsIt is all much appreciated
