I have just started using CSI (Catering Services International).I have had Chefs, GA's and Porters from them, and could not fault any of them. CSI respond quickly and are honest with supply and demand. All staff have had a brilliant work ethic, turn up on time, clean and keen. Also better value than B' Scott and Blue Arrow.

I must say that the chef you supplied this month was absolutely fantastic during his time here. Feedback from everyone was superb, he was a joy to work with, enthusiastic, passionate and reliable. His food was great.We would recommend him to anyone so please do use us as feedback if necessary.

I would like to say a huge thanks you! Shelley at CSI is brilliant! She has helped me massively with supplying flexi workers for me. Due to the businesses here functions are not always on a regular basis so staffing functions often became an issue, so I approached CSI for help. the first time I used CSI I was in a panic and needed staff on very short notice but Shelley made it so easy for me witch relieved so much stress! Shelley got everything set up very quickly and efficiently and found flexi workers for me in super fast time! I think it was a matter of hours! I have now used CSI on a number of occasions, every time they have found staff extremely quickly even with very short notice. Shelley is very professional, responsive, polite and extremely efficient at her job, which makes me think she is actually Superwoman!!! Also a huge thank you to the staff she sends, they are brilliant, they arrive on time, dressed very smartly and very polite. They are very professional they don't hesitate getting the job done and work extremely hard. I cant fault your brilliant service and I shall be using you again and again!! many thanks for all your help!

I'm writing this email as way of a thank you to the whole team for the help and support that CSI have offered our hotel within a very difficult time.You have always tried your best with filling the positions I need filling sometimes at very short notice, and your back office support has been first class.
