I would like to say that Roy Douglas has done an excellent job these last couple of Days and I thought I would write this down and pass it to you.

Garry from CSI Bristol is upbeat, polite, completely understands our needs and the kind of people we want working with us. He took the time to chat with us, find out about the business and what we were up to, enquiring about our style of food, the clientele etc... and I should imagine it is this care and attention to detail which will see his continued success with his clients and beyond. He sends us the right people in times of need and consequently we have as pain free as possible agency cover. In a world where we're all quick to blame and complain, I felt it only appropriate I write this email to celebrate the better side of things. It's our opinion at The Hollybush, that Garry is an asset to CSI and we hope you agree.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank your team for the wonderful help and support I have received from CSI.I was faced with the loss of a head chef with very little notice and the disastrous prospect of my other experienced chef going on holiday to the USA at the same time. I contacted the Bath branch and immediately felt things were in control again with the reassurance of both Dave on temporary staff and Mark on recruitment of permanent placements.It wasn't a completely easy situation but I can honestly say both Dave and Mark supported me through a very difficult time for my restaurant. Dave even secured a good chef Alex to cover for one day !I would particularly like to thank Mark for his tireless search for the right person and his caring attitude to my dilemma. He constantly kept me informed of the situation and took on board all my requirements and the idiosyncrasies of my little restaurant. He was able to immediately assess what I was hoping to achieve in finding the right person and totally understood the business I am developing. He has great insight to offer any of your clients and although we are a small concern Mark has continued to make me feel we matter to him. I can honestly say he has supported us totally through this transitional period and has taken away a considerable amount of the stress of the situation. He is always a pleasure to deal with and his happy , "nothing is to much trouble "personality makes him a great representative for CSI .I would not hesitate to recommend your services should the opportunity arise, for the search for either temporary or permanent staffing.With much gratitude

I wanted to thank you for Last Saturday at the Hunt Ball – all looked the part and worked very well. It was a very hard job with the guys having to walk long distances but they all worked incredibly hard and were fantastic, so thanks once again.

I would like to say a big Thank You for all your help yesterday and for your team's hard work. We were really impressed with the team that you had with you yesterday, and it is great to see faces coming back to us.

All staff were great - punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with. CJ was fantastic as bar manager and a real asset to the Bristol shows. All bar/waiting staff were brilliant too, getting involved in the fancy dress and interacting with the customers, helping with the pack down on the last night. We would love to work with them all again when we return to Bristol for some more shows in October. Thank you very much for all your help and providing us with a great team.

I'd just like to say thank you for your assistance and finding the right chef(s) for us; Such a delight to work with, bringing positivity and helping to motivate our own Chef, whom had been left to his devices alone for years. The first chef you sent, was also excellent - his attitude was to help and his impressive order turnaround really boosted our reputation.

I would like to say how amazing your Chef 'Pete' has been this week. Not only has he gone above and beyond the call of duty this week, he has been a really good support to me.I know too well people only take the time to write when the comment is negative, I would like to Thank Pete for all his hard work this week.
