CSI has been established for over 35 years, specialising in the provision of quality temporary, contract and permanent staff in all areas of the hospitality industry.
CSI's aim is to provide a unique personal service to both Client and Candidate. Our primary focus is to reduce staffing shortages within the industry.
CSI, formed in 1989 by its multi-award winning Founder and Managing Director Andrew Berman and became 100% Employee Owned in October 2025. Since inception, CSI has grown considerably and now boasts numerous branches throughout the UK with further outlets planned.
All CSI consultants are ex-industry, they fully understand the requirements of both parties. We are undoubtedly destined to be the UK's leading specialist hospitality recruitment company.
