Sous Chef required for a quality country pub in Oxfordshire. This Sous Chef role is ideal for an ambitious chef looking to take the next step in their career, working closely with the Head Chef and supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality kitchen with fantastic development opportunities.

Sous Chef requirements:

· Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef ready to take the next step

· Passionate and ambitious chef with a genuine desire to progress their career

· Strong understanding of fresh food, quality and kitchen standards

· Confident leading and supporting a kitchen team during busy service

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Keen to develop junior chefs and take on increased responsibility
