Chef de Partie required for a prestigious Oxford College. This Chef de Partie role offers the opportunity to join a highly respected kitchen brigade producing exceptional food for students, fellows, conferences and formal dining events.

The Chef de Partie will run their own section, prepare fresh food to a high standard and support senior chefs during busy services and special events. This Chef de Partie position is ideal for a Chef de Partie seeking stability, development and the prestige of working within one of Oxford's renowned colleges.

Chef de Partie requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie

• Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational skills

• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety
