Welcome to the team Mark Nacchia! Former Area Training and Development chef at national pub group and brewery Wadworth & Co, joins the specialist hospitality recruitment team at Catering Services International. Mark’s role as branch manager will see him launch new recruitment incentives and training and development programs as well as overseeing the day to day management of the busy Bristol branch and gateway to the South West. Mark previously managed recruitment branches for CSI when he left the rosette award-winning gastro pub industry in search of a better work-life balance. He went on to become a Lecturer in Hospitality & Catering at Wiltshire College and later, development chef and trainer for the Wadworth managed house estate. Mark’s return to recruitment comes at a very exciting time for CSI, when hospitality is due to reopen, post lockdown and expansion plans continue nationwide.
