Congratulations go out to Dave Fisher, who is based in Bath, supplying quality relief chefs to all establishments within a 30-mile radius.  After retiring as a Chef himself, Dave sought solace in the 9-5 of an office based job role so that he could spend more time with his family.  Then he realised he worked in hospitality recruitment and his team and Clients don’t sleep!  Well done Dave, you have earned your legendary status!
