Huge congratulations to Cheltenham branch manager Fiona Brazington on a MASSIVE 4 years service at CSI so far.  Fiona spearheads one of the busiest branches, covering the popular Cotswolds and employing hundreds of full time chefs.

Congratulations also to Dave Fisher in CSI Bath, who celebrates his first work anniversary.  Juggling relief chefs within a 30-mile radius for some of the areas most prestigious and popular venues.
