After several years overseeing the operation of country house hotels and gastro pubs, Ashley Jennings entered the world of hospitality recruitment.  He joined CSI as Branch Manager in Cheltenham 3 years ago and led the team to be the most successful branch this year.  Unfortunately, he does struggle to keep up with the revellers at the annual staff party though!
