We are looking for an experienced Head Chef for a private household role in Cardiff. This Head Chef position offers real independence — plan the menus, source the ingredients and prepare quality food without the need for close supervision. Head Chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a high quality catering environment is essential


• Able to plan, source and prepare food independently


• Calm, discreet and professional


• Consistent employment history with longevity in previous roles


• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards


• Own transport preferred
