Pembrokeshire has some of the most exciting hospitality venues in Wales and we need an experienced Relief Head Chef who can walk into a high quality kitchen and deliver from the first shift. These relief shifts cover a real mix of venues across Pembrokeshire, with rates reaching up to £25.00 per hour for the right candidate. If you are a Relief Head Chef with AA Rosette experience who thrives under pressure, sets high standards and wants consistent well paid work across Pembrokeshire without being tied to one site, we want to hear from you.

Relief Head Chef requirements:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef with AA Rosette experience is essential


• Able to step into new kitchens confidently and lead from the front


• Strong knowledge of food safety, allergens and hygiene standards


• Experience across a variety of hospitality environments preferred


• Reliable, professional and adaptable


• Own transport essential due to location
