We're recruiting a talented Sous Chef to join a beautiful leisure and events venue in the heart of the Cotswolds. This opportunity would suit an experienced Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie seeking promotion..

We're looking for a passionate Chef who thrives in a fresh food environment, leads by example, and values teamwork. This is a people-first kitchen where attitude, self-awareness, and an inclusive team mentality are just as important as culinary ability.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations


• Maintaining high food and service standards


• Stock control and ordering


• Food safety and allergen compliance


• Assisting with team development and kitchen management

 

Sous Chef requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role


• Fresh food background


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Passionate, motivated, and calm under pressure


• Team-focused with a positive attitude


• Own transport required due to location
