Chef de Partie role:

Stunning hotel with gardens looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for fine dining to join their team to help with the day to day preparation of all the food.

Utilising fresh produce from their very own kitchen garden, locally reared meats and sourcing the freshest fish, the ideal Chef de Partie  must be able to achieve quality menus and create an outstanding customer experience.

Chef de Partie requirements:

• Record of working within a high-volume hotel, venue or restaurant.


• Creative with great attention to finer details


• A real passion for food


• Must be able to provide references.


• Due to the location, the ability to travel is essential for this role.
