Chef de Partie requirements:

· Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress

· Ambitious chef with a genuine passion for developing their career

· Good understanding of fresh food and kitchen standards

· Ability to work well as part of a busy kitchen team

· Keen to learn, develop and take on additional responsibility

· Strong desire to progress towards a senior kitchen management role
