The Role

As a member of our Front of House team you will work in a number of different establishments in and around the Cardiff , Newport and South Wales areas. These may include City centre and Country House hotels, Racecourses, Bars and large sporting events. The work will vary from site to site and it is essential that you have experience in this industry, a smart appearance, a great attitude and a winning smile are all essential for this position!

What We Are Looking For

Successful Chef candidates will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in quality bars or restaurants or similar
• Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
• Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
• Great team player with a good attitude
• Your own transport is desirable due to the nature of the work, but not essential
• Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
