Sous Chef required in Penarth to support weekend catering at a respected independent school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Sous Chef or experienced Chef to work with fresh ingredients in a well-organised, professional kitchen.

Sous Chef Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a professional kitchen.


• Confident working independently.


• Available Saturday’s and Sunday’s


• Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management.


• Organised and reliable approach to work.


• Level 2 Food Safety qualification desirable.


• Maintaining high standards of food safety and allergen control.
