We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Sous Chef to join an independent Gastro pub and microbrewery in Pontypridd, known for farm-to-plate cooking and bold, fire-led flavours. This is a hands-on kitchen using seasonal Welsh produce, cooked simply and beautifully over flame – no shortcuts, just quality.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- As Sous Chef you will have a solid knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Experience as a Sous Chef in previous role.
- Previous experience working with seasonal and local produce.
- Confident in leading a team during busy shifts.
