An exciting opportunity has opened up at one of Cardiff’s premier 4-star hotels, located right in the vibrant heart of the city. We're looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sous Chef to join a talented brigade of nine, working closely with an inspiring new Head Chef who's eager to make their mark.

Senior Sous Chef requirements:

• The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have strong culinary skills and a passion for quality


• Supporting the Head Chef in running a productive kitchen and an understanding of KPI’s


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment


• Excellent communication skills


• Previous background within hotels or similar
