Sous-Chef – Hotel- Cardiff

The company:

This well known Hotel in the heart of Cardiff is looking for a Senior Sous to join their brigade.

The role:

The Senior Sous-Chef at this venue will be working closely with the Head Chef o continue driving the business forward.  The venue is very busy and is well suited to someone who is ambitious, and looking for a diverse and challenging role within a beautiful setting.  The salary offered is genrous, with gratuities being an added bonus.  The workign hours are TBC but will be 40-50 per week.  

What we are looking for:

•Previous experience to Senior Sous Chef level

•Possess professional cooking / hospitality qualifications, and Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2

•Have knowledge of seasonal fresh produce

•Be passionate about serving great food

•Ability to remain calm under pressure

•Happy to work independently or as part of a team
