Know any wine buffs?We are seeking an experienced Sommelier or senior wine waiter for a luxury country house hotel in West Wales. You will need to be knowledgable on their range of wines, champagnes and ports - a list of over 250! You will provide an exceptional service and have an excellent command of english.
