The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager to control the fine dining Restaurant and be the face of the food offering. Working a variety of shifts, key parts of this role will be to control the restaurant and team and ensure the quality of service matches the groundbreaking food. Candidates for the role of Restaurant Manager will be expected to be welcoming, positive and have a strong knowledge of award-winning cuisine. The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate will also have good people management skills and the vision to continue the improvement of the product. This is a hands-on position working closely with the award-winning Head Chef. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic and friendly management team with in this aspiring establishment.
Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates for the role of Restaurant Manager are required to have their own transport.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Candidates for the role of Restaurant Manager are required to have either a Michelin awarded or 3AA Rosette awarded professional background and be able to control an intimate fine dining restaurant.
- Ability to guide a professional team and develop the skills with in.
- Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
- A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
- An extremely strong knowledge of award-winning food and a real eye for detail.
- Professional experience as a Sommelier would be an advantage.
