The Company

Our client operates one of the finest Hotels in the UK. A luxury hotel set in the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside; this hotel also boasts an exquisite 2-rosette restaurant. A relatively new hotel, it has already gained nationwide recognition as one of the most unique and intimate luxury hotels in Wales.

The role

As restaurant manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant. Working closely with the general manager it is essential you ensure the effective communication between all departments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing top class service at all times. A minimum of two-rosette background is essential due to the aims and ambitions of this restaurant team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self within an ever-growing company. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.
