Head Chef – Cosy Seaside Hotel – West Wales

The Package

Circa £26,000 per year salary

Plus Bonus

Live-in Accommodation available if required

Small, independent, recently refurbished hotel set in a stunning seafront location and offering modern accommodation at reasonable prices, together with freshly prepared bistro menu, popular grills and pub favourites all at once.

The Role

This very well respected seaside hotel is looking for an enthusiastic head chef to come in and lead a small brigade.

Must be willing to stick with the company ethos but also have a vision of their own to push the business forward.

As Head Chef you will be passionate about all aspects of food and have the experience to lead a team with the focus and commitment.  Standard head chef duties apply.

What We Are Looking For

Successful Head Chef candidates will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in a high quality hotel / restaurant.
• Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
• Calm and level headed under pressure
• Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
• Be a great leader and be willing to work with the GM in producing menus while keeping with the company ethos of producing good quality simple food.
• Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
