Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work in a fast spaced sports arena in the center of Cardiff. 

We are looking for someone who is looking for a new challenge and the chance to build and develop the F&B Operation as well as having the chance to put their own mark on the business. 

You will have full reign of the F&B department reporting to Ops and Business Managers directly.

You will be required to have the following skills/ Knowledge:

• Stock taking & Analysis


• Ordering/ Management


• Effective Rota Composition


• Disciplinary Procedures


• A hunger to develop the team around you


• People Skills and to be the "Glue" of the operation
