Food & Beverage & Venue Consultant – South Wales

We are seeking a consultant to work closely with all areas of this business and to provide a complete package solution to cover:

• Refurbishment
• Brand development
• Menu’s (to include suppliers, costing, portion control etc)
• Back of house processes and EPOS
• Public area zoning
• Staffing and training
• Work flows and processes to cover the entire customer experience.

We are looking for a complete proposal to be put together with phases, prices, branding solutions etc. This is a very challenging and exciting task!

The ideal candidate will have experience from a food and beverage operation within large scale sporting venue / conference and events venue, dealing with high volume yet fresh produce.  3 food outlets, including a restaurant, café and retail.

What We Are Looking For

Successful Consultants will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience to a senior level within Food & Beverage
• Previous proven troubleshooting and consultancy experience
• Creative thinking with a strong proven business acumen
• Resourceful, with a wide network of contacts within the industry to include designers and suppliers
• Excellent working references / recommendations from previous Clients
• Own transport and clean driving license is highly desirable due to the location of the establishment.
