The Company
Our client operates some of the finest Hotels in the UK. A luxury hotel set on the Welsh coast, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The hotel also boasts an exquisite 3-rosette restaurant.
The role
As Chef de Rang you will be responsible for running your station in the restaurant, from restaurant layout to guest experience. Working splits and straight shifts key parts of this role will be delivering 3-rosette service to all guests. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self within an ever-growing company. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.
