Catering Manager required for the main location for an events based business that covers all of Wales. This Catering Manager role involves running the kitchen for the main base of the events and ultimately taking full control of the menu. Catering Manager requirements:
- As a Catering Manager you will have previous proven experience of staff recruitment, training and development
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous background within pub work or something similar
- HACCP knowledge is required
- Full driving license required
