As Sous Chef your main focus will be the day to day running of the team, preparing delicious food, overseeing menu changes, maintaining kitchen hygiene and reporting to the Head / Exec Chef.

Sous Chef role is 5 days a week, 6am - 2.30pm / 11.30am - 8pm.

Sous Chef requirements:

• Due to the location of this Sous Chef position, you will require your own transport.
