Are you a sous chef looking for a change, and have previous experience within fresh foods who wants to show off your skills. 

We are recruiting for a Beautiful Local Restaurant in the heart of Wokingham. Who use locally reared meats and source the freshest fish, the ideal Sous Chef must be able to achieve quality menus and create an outstanding customer experience. They are aiming to achieve a consistent 1/2 AA Rosette standard of cuisine, Rosette experience is required.

Experience:

• This position requires an experienced butcher, who is confident in all aspects of cookery and has a passion for delivering exceptional standards and consistency with patience, passion and professionalism.


• Our sous chefs are responsible for ordering, stock control, mise en place, team development and kitchen leadership.


• The sous chef will support the head chef to enable smooth running of the kitchen, open communication with colleagues and sharing the food knowledge with colleagues.
