Sous Chef required for a boutique hotel in the beautiful country landscape of Arundel.This Sous Chef role involves leading a brigade of 20, serving some of the finest British classic cuisine in the Arundel area.

Homegrown is at the heart of this boutique hotel with an ethos of farm to fork, utilising the onsite kitchen gardens and collaborating with local suppliers of Arundel to create an array of simplistic hearty dishes. Amazing progression opportunities for a Sous Chef at this boutique hotel

Sous Chef requirements:

• As Sous Chef you will have prior proven experience of managing a department, including motivating team members, stock control and ordering


• Excellent communication skills


• Previous background within boutique hotels or similar


• Creative ideas


• A clean driving license and access to own transport
