Sous Chef required for an award winning Country Hotel & Restaurant on the outskirts of Hassocks.
As sous chef you will assist your line manager to oversee the department, including menu creation, staff training, food hygiene & safety, stock control and ensuring rosette level standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining and confident working at high volume to enhance the department at this country hotel & restaurant.
