• £30,000 + gratuities

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for passionate Sous Chef at a family run hotel in a beautiful village in East Sussex which has the iconic South Downs Way running through it.

This is a fantastic opportunity working with the highest quality ingredients in an award winning 2 rosette restaurant.

Candidate will need own transport due to location and hours of work. Live in accommodation is available if required.

The Sous Chef will ideally:

• Have a keen interest in current food trends


• Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or a strong CDP ready to step up


• Creativity and Flair


• Have a hands-on approach
