Senior Sous Chef – 28-32K plus quarterly bonus

The Company

Our client operates a boutique Country hotel, club and spa in a beautiful rural location in West Sussex . Offers memberships, weddings/functions, beauty treatments and accommodation. Servicing food across three separate dining environments. This includes an award winning restaurant, a private function suite and a casual dining area for members.

The Role

Great opportunity for a creative and passionate Sous Chef looking to develop their skills and work alongside this committed team. The candidate will support the Head Chef in leading this talented team at one of the most progressive boutique Country club, hotels & spa in Sussex .

Please note that owing to its location, all applicants would need to have a full, clean driving licence and own transport.
