£20,000 basic – OTE £30,000

The Company
Our client operates an independent fine-dining restaurant based in the heart of Lewes.
Offers some of the best food in the Sussex area using the finest ingredients which is locally sourced wherever possible. Specialises in European cuisine with a modern twist. The menu changes each week offering new and exciting dishes to its customers.
The Role
We are looking for an energetic and talented Sous chef. The candidate needs to be passionate about food and cooking as well as being driven to learn and develop their skills in this fantastic restaurant. A rare opportunity with great potential for progression.
What we are looking for
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A proven track record in at least one fine-dining establishment.
- The desire to learn and develop.
- Looking to develop a career in fine-dining.
- A real passion for high end fresh food cookery.
-Comfortable taking direction.
-Excellent organisation and communication skills.
