Job Description
Traditional thatched inn on the Worcestershire and Gloucestershire border requires an experienced 2 nd chef to assist and deputise for the Head Chef in a busy pub kitchen serving fresh, local produce.
Ideally from a pub or restaurant background the successful candidate will have experience of running a kitchen including stock control and menu planning.
