Popular 16 ^th Century Cotswold Inn renowned for it's excellent menu and fine ales seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join an established kitchen brigade.

The successful candidate will ideally have gained previous experience in a busy kitchen serving fresh, locally sourced produce, a knowledge of game would be advantageous as partridge, venison, pheasant, pigeon and grouse regularly feature on the specials board when in season.
