The Company
Our client operates a rural, award-winning Hotel set within 10 acres of Hertfordshire countryside. This site has a fantastic turnover of weddings and conferences along with a multi-rosette restaurant. The site has gone through expansion to increase the offering and to keep our client at the top of the rural country hotels. This privately owned Hotel has all the best equipment and facilities to cater for an array of guest needs.
The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager to head up the Sales and Events office. Leading a team of 4, this role will involve generating and maintaining the level of sales for this stunning property. The Sales and Marketing Manager will spend 50% of their time on the road meeting with potential clients and ensuring that this is converted into bookings. The perfect Sales and Marketing Manager will be motivated, well presented and have a strong knowledge of the hospitality trade and local competition.
Candidates for this role are required to have experience with in a senior position of a sales led role and have the ability to keep an eye on the market. Candidates will also be required to think on their feet and be able to generate ideas and strategies to continue the growth of this amazing establishment and facilities.
Candidates for the role of Sales and Marketing Manager are required to have their own transport.
