The Role We are looking to recruit an experienced Reception Manager to join the team within this luxury Hotel. Candidates will be responsible effectively managing the department in order to achieve and exceed agreed targets of profit. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring the consistent high standard of performance from staff in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following: • Experience managing a reception team within a luxury property • Ability to delegate, problem solve and be forward thinking • A strong level of business acumen and ability to calculate financial information. • Excellent organisation and communication skills. • Ability to motivate, train and appraise a team • Career minded individuals wishing to excel and develop their career. • Individuals who are hungry for success in a beautiful setting.
