The Company

Our client operates a small collection of contemporary, unique restaurant led gastro pubs. This particular restored village pub offers delicious locally sourced food served at an exceptional standard. The pub itself has a warm, welcoming and friendly feel, recently refurbished and opened, our client is looking for the people able to take this business in the desired direction.

The role

We are looking to recruit a Assistant Manager to join this friendly team. The role will include assisting in the day to day running of this busy and hungry establishment, consistently attending to the needs of guests. This role will suit a Head Waiter or an experienced Front of House Member who is passionate about providing an unforgettable service along with a love for local produce. Candidates would also benefits from having professional experience making and serving various types of Coffee’s along with Bar work. Successful Assistant Manager applicants are desired to have a restaurant led background along with being front facing, friendly and welcoming. The ideal candidate will have a basic financial knowledge and have experience with in a fresh food operation along with previous bar experience.

Due to the remote location, candidates are required to have their own transport.
