Management Couple required for a Sous Chef and Assistant Manager for an award winning rosette restaurant on the outskirts of Newmarket.

As Sous Chef you will uphold the top tier food quality and oversee the department in the absence of the manager. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the line manager to deliver five star standards in the restaurant to compliment the exquisite flavors and ingredients

Sous Chef Requirements:

• Background in fine dining or similar


• Prior experience running a kitchen
