Head chef role required for a residential home on the outskirts of Brighton

As head chef you will oversee and manage the department, creating menus for the residents using fresh local ingredients from Brighton. You will enjoy a great work life balance with evenings off and a four day working week

The ideal head chef candidate will have experience cooking from scratch as well as being a friendly and positive to build rapour with their team and guests of the residential home
