Head Chef –  £50K Package – Grand Country Pub & Restaurant – Head Chef

We are on the search for an accomplished and well seasoned Head Chef to take charge of our kitchen and lead our team in creating the very best of British cuisine.

• Full time 48hr contract

The right Head Chef is someone who will take full accountability for the department and deliver a strong hands on approach. The Head Chef will be responsible for all ordering, stock, staff rotas, team development and collaborating on menu changes.

This role is the perfect opportunity for a Head Chef to take control and use their creativity to increase the already high reputation of the venue.
