The role

We are currently recruiting for Food & Beverage Manager to be the face during service of this stunning property. Food & Beverage Manager candidates are required to have natural passion for hospitality and be able to direct departmental teams towards excellence. Candidates for this role are required to have a professional background within Hotel environments and the ability to control a multi-outlet environment.

The perfect Food and Beverage Manager will be coming from a good-sized Hotel, ideally with leisure facilities, and be focused on the product offered and the quality of service. Candidates will be front facing, be professional at all times and be able to liase with other Departmental Managers and Supervisors to ensure that service goes with out a hitch.

Exceptional communication skills are a must for this role!!

Due to the location and the nature of the role, candidates for the role of Food & Beverage Manager are required to have their own transport.
