26,000 - Country Club Hotel - West Sussex

We are seeking a passionate full time Food & Beverage Assistant or Assistant Manager within a fine dining, country hotel environment.

Beautifully situated in West Sussex, this privately owned country club offers its guests fine dining cuisine in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Before continuing, please note that owing to its location, all applicants would need to have their own transport.

The Opportunity & Position:

The right candidate previously has experience working within a Food & Beverage management team looking to further develop the venue.

This is an exciting opportunity for an applicant who is serious about progressing their leadership and industry skills, and contributing to a committed team. A calm, professional and team player attitude is essential.

There are a number of service areas, including the main restaurant, where you will have an opportunity to help oversee the day-to-day operation in all areas of food & beverage as well as banqueting.

Candidate requirements:

At least 1+ year prior experience in a supervisory role in hospitality and ideally experience within a quality dining environment and/or running wedding functions.

Reliable, takes pride in the presentation of their working environments and themselves.

To provide an excellent customer and team experience by delivering the detail.

 

Positive, friendly, efficient and enjoys working in a team to achieve departmental and company strategies and standards.

A flexible attitude towards rota and providing shift cover from yourself at short notice.
