Circa £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

The Company

Our client currently operates a small collection of North African Restaurants, known for their authentic offering of flavours. Our client offers flavoursome food along with guest entertainment. From the moment you walk in, you will appreciate the care and attention that welcomes you in these sites. Our client has the drive and desire to continue to improve with it’s unique food offering and enjoys a large repeat client base.

The role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Executive Chef to oversee the food offering in these restaurants and lead this kitchen brigade to further success. The role requires the successful candidate to have exceptional leadership and communication skills along with the ability to train and nurture staff. The successful candidate must have a background in cooking with quality ingredients and experience in North African cuisine is not essential.

The perfect Executive Chef candidate will have an exceptional knowledge of flavours and the drive to build a strong reputation.. The selected candidate will have full input in the kitchen from the team to the menus, offering and dish specifications.
