Our client operates some of the finest Pubs in the UK. They are developing and improving their product with ongoing investments, their sales are up year on year, and in these uncertain economic times their performance in their sector is unrivalled. The role

As the Deputy General Manager you will be expected to assist in the run the day-to-day operation. Working mainly straight shifts, key parts of this role will be over seeing consistency of the services offered. This is a hands on position and the ideal candidate will have the ability to be welcoming to all guests along with the command to organise a team and continue to lead the business in the desired direction. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself within an ever-growing company.

What We Are Looking For

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

· Previous managerial or Supervisory experience with in a similar operation.

· Be able to consistently produce service to a high standard.

· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.

· A strong knowledge of Wines and local Ales is desired.
