Chef Manager required for contract catering location in the market town of Andover. This Chef Manager position involves managing a small team to provide two meals a day for workers in Andover,  in this Contract Catering establishment.

Chef Manager requirements:

• As Chef Manager you will have previous proven management experience including recruiting as well as coaching & training


• Excellent communication skills


• Prior background within contract catering


• Confident with menu planning, creation and execution


• Comfortable with budget & financial targets


• In depth knowledge in health & safety compliance, inventory & cost control


• Fantastic level of customer service
