Assistant Restaurant Manager job role

Experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager required to join this prestigious venue, known for exceptional food, amazing hospitality and high standards.

As a natural and positive Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be able to train and support the food and beverage team. You will oversee and manage food and beverage events and day-to-day operations. The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager must bring passion, knowledge and attention to detail to the F&B team.

Assistant Restaurant Manager requirements

• We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with previous experience at a luxury venue or country hotel (ideally)


• An Assistant Restaurant Manager with strong communication and leadership skills


• An Assistant Restaurant Manager with excellent food & wine knowledge


• Highly organised approach to work, including ability to prioritise in a busy environment


• Ability to train team members to quality service standards


• Competent user of Microsoft office or confident with similar software
